We built a complete Hospital Management System on Odoo Enterprise for a multi-entity hospital group: a touchscreen outpatient kiosk, clinical and surgery tools, pharmacy and inventory, automated billing and management dashboards, all on one maintainable platform. Here is how it comes together.

Custom Outpatient Kiosk
A role based kiosk app served over the web, separate from the Odoo backend, with a dedicated screen for every station.
- Dedicated screens for Reception, Call Center, Cashier, Optometrist, Nurse, Doctor, Consultant and Surgery
- Full patient journey on one flow: registration, optometry, doctor, cashier and nurse coordination, with a live queue for each station
- Cashier queue filters (All, Payment Pending, Order Payment, Operations) for fast triage
- Reopen a completed visit from the patient file when a patient returns

From booking an operation to admitting the patient, handled in one place.

Is this a standard app or a custom build?
It is a custom Hospital Management System built on Odoo Enterprise. We build a maintainable module suite on top of native Odoo and tailor every station to how the hospital actually works.
Does it support Arabic?

How does billing work?
Each visit flows from job order to invoice to payment and reconciles automatically when the visit closes. Cancels never touch already paid orders, and packages and discounts are handled on the invoice, so payments and reports stay clean.
